Steve and Judy Padis invite you to enjoy a 100% Cabernet, grown from their hillside vineyards in the Napa Valley. We hope the combination of dark fruit and nuance of oak create the same passion in you as it does in us.
A very deep purple hue is the first indication of thoroughly ripe fruit which comes through in black cherry aromas with just a touch of cedar. The middle bursts with mouthwatering cherry flavours driven by lively natural acidity. The finish is exceptionally long, resolving with very fine tannins in a perfect balance.
Enjoy this wine served at room temperature with grilled or roasted meats, duck confit, rich stews or dark chocolate.
