Barkan Reserve Merlot - Israeli Dry Red Wine

Barkan Reserve Merlot is produced using hand-picked grapes grown in northern Galilee vineyards. The timing of the harvest is critical in order to achieve the precise balance of taste, color, and sugar. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels. This wine is Full flavoured with a rich body and aromas and flavours of oak berry and cherry. Medium flavoured grilled or sauced chicken or fish dishes.
