AnCnoc Peated – Sherry Cask is a distinctive kosher Highland single malt from Knockdhu, expertly balancing smoke and sweetness.

First matured in American oak and then finished in hand-picked Spanish sherry butts, it reveals a deep amber color and a complex nose of tropical fruit, cinnamon, toffee, and gentle campfire smoke. 

On the palate, expect layers of toffee apple, warming spice, vanilla, and restrained peat, finishing long with smooth notes of wood smoke and caramel.
